Valerie is a licensed Massage Therapist with a blended approach of relaxation techniques, myofascial release, Acupressure, Thai massage, reflexology, Shiatsu, Reiki, cupping and Gua Sha. She is a certified prenatal/postpartum and trauma-informed massage therapist, as well as a 200-hour yoga teacher, with an advanced 60-hour psychologically sensitive/trauma-informed focus.
